Job summary

ABIS is seeking a dedicated Camp Boss in the Eastern Province to oversee lodging, catering, safety, and the daily operations of the camp. You will coordinate with catering, housekeeping, and logistics teams to ensure high service standards and resident satisfaction.

You will lead the camp staff, manage recruitment and training, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene policies.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years in Camp Boss/Manager roles overseeing housing and catering.
• Knowledge of camp operations, catering, and facility management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate efficiently.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise camp lodging and catering services to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies within the camp premises.
• Handle logistics related to camp supplies and inventory management.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by camp residents promptly.
• Manage camp staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare reports on camp operations and suggest improvements.
