We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our call center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Follow up with customers regarding any unresolved issues or concerns.
  • Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first call resolution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

Salary
