iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Call Center of a major government-owned company in Riyadh. The role focuses on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

You will work full-time on-site in Riyadh, with rotating shifts, and use CRM systems to log cases and track resolutions while meeting service standards and performance indicators.

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
