Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Graphic Designer/Drafter in Saudi Arabia to apply layout skills on a broadening portfolio of projects. You will use a CAD workstation to prepare design drawings from sketches, ensuring compliance with recognized standards and company procedures.

You will work closely with Designers, Drafters and Engineers to maintain a coordinated style. Familiarity with ANSI, PFI, and ASME standards is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CAD.
• Familiarity with other software used to complete design projects.

Responsibilities

• Uses a CAD workstation to prepare design drawings from sketches per standards and procedures.
• Ensures conformity with codes and company plans.
• Familiarizes with ANSI, PFI, and ASME standards.
• Assembles information and performs dimensional estimates for illustrations.
• Reads orthographic 2D and isometric 3D drawings and supplier drawings.
• Performs other duties related to the role as needed.
