Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks Systems Engineers to support the U.S. Navy's FMS C4I modernization for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, on-site in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

You will lead requirements analysis, site surveys, system verification, and AoA for integrating C4I and COTS capabilities into RSNF platforms and shore facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting C4I systems (e.g., GCCS, NAVMACS, TDL, SATCOM).
• 3+ years of experience with COTS equipment (radars, GPS, CCTV, VTC, etc.).
• Experience working OCONUS in security cooperation with US government or foreign officials.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end systems engineering for C4I capabilities deployed to RSNF afloat and ashore.
• Conduct site surveys at RSNF facilities and translate needs into engineering requirements.
• Plan and execute System Operation Verification Tests (SOVTs) and document discrepancies.
• Prepare analyses of alternatives (AoA) for COTS products and provide trade studies.
• Support SETR events (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and present engineering artifacts.
