DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage information and data pertaining to the business lines (price lists, samples, technical details, documentation).
• Create and manage reports for tracking of tests in the marketplace.
• Support preparations for major meetings.
• Support branches with technical issues.
• Regularly review the objectives, policies, and standards to ensure proper function and performance related to the ACES.
• Track relevant branch sales data for the business and its competitors and make recommendations.
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
• Undertake research on planning projects.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
• Finalize purchase details of orders, quantities and deliveries.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to the concerned branches.
• Assess in strategic planning and company performance.
• Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy.
• Capacitate to manage time effectively, identify workload priorities and meet deadlines.
• Manage a dynamic workload and operate effectively under pressure within broad parameters and with limited direction.
• Communicate with all branches and ensure high effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor KPI performance within all branches.
• Schedule and coordinate flow of work if necessary, within or between the branches.
• Follow up with branches to determine progress of work and provide information on changes in testing methods.
• Conduct periodic analysis of the line tests targets & achievements to ensure compliance and identify areas of improvement.
• Support branches in determining and purchasing new tools or equipment for process improvement.
• Stay in touch with colleagues at branches to share information and provide consistency.
• Record and monitor information that multiple departments may need to see.
• Write letters and emails, prepare reports, and perform other basic tasks.
• Analyze and summarize the productivity reports.
• Follow up accreditation requirements with the accredited branches.
