Qualifications

About the role

You will work closely with business users, senior SAP functional resources, and external technology partners to ensure reliable day-to-day application support, timely resolution of business requests, and controlled execution of system changes. The position also provides exposure to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across a growing manufacturing and trading organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP and related business applications. Manage tickets and service requests from analysis through resolution. Troubleshoot SAP issues and coordinate complex cases with internal teams and external partners. Support testing, UAT, deployments, and system enhancements. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and improvement opportunities. Support SAP user access, master data, documentation, and governance activities. Contribute to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in SAP/ERP functional support or Business Applications. Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, or PM. Experience in ticket management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support. Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. SAP S/4HANA experience. SAP configuration or functional enhancement experience. Experience with SAP AMS/implementation partners or integrations. SAP certification or relevant functional training.
