Job summary

United Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an SAP/ERP functional support professional to work closely with business users, senior SAP functional resources, and external technology partners. You will ensure reliable day-to-day application support, timely resolution of requests, and controlled execution of system changes.

This role also exposes you to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across a growing manufacturing and trading organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in SAP/ERP functional support or business applications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one SAP module (SD/MM/FI/CO/PP/QM/PM).
• Proven ticket management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support experience.
• Experience with AMS/implementation partners or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP and related business applications.
• Manage tickets and service requests from analysis through resolution.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and coordinate complex cases with internal teams and external partners.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Support SAP user access, master data, documentation, and governance activities.
• Contribute to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in SAP/ERP functional support or Business Applications.
• Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, or PM.
• Experience in ticket management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• SAP configuration or functional enhancement experience.
• Experience with SAP AMS/implementation partners or integrations.
• SAP certification or relevant functional training.
