Job summary

Manufacturing and Trading Organization in Saudi Arabia seeks an SAP functional support specialist to work with business users, senior SAP resources, and external partners to ensure reliable day-to-day operations and controlled system changes.

The role offers exposure to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement across a growing manufacturing and trading business. 2-5 years of SAP/ERP experience and S/4HANA knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in SAP/ERP functional support or Business Applications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Certification or relevant functional training is preferred.
• Knowledge of modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, or PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP and related business applications support.
• Manage tickets and service requests from analysis through resolution.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and coordinate complex cases with internal teams and external partners.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Support SAP user access, master data, documentation, and governance activities.
• Contribute to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the role

You will work closely with business users, senior SAP functional resources, and external technology partners to ensure reliable day-to-day application support, timely resolution of business requests, and controlled execution of system changes. The position also provides exposure to SAP transformation, integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across a growing manufacturing and trading organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP and related business applications.
• Manage tickets and service requests from analysis through resolution.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and coordinate complex cases with internal teams and external partners.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in SAP/ERP functional support or Business Applications.
• Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, or PM.
• Experience in ticket management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Good understanding of business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• SAP configuration or functional enhancement experience.
• Experience with SAP AMS/implementation partners or integrations.
• SAP certification or relevant functional training.
