Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Jeddah is seeking a results-oriented Business Analyst to partner with business users, management, and IT to capture and document requirements, translate them into functional specs, and drive improvements.

You will develop process models and dashboards, analyze data, and collaborate with IT to implement solutions that meet strategic objectives, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in process modeling and data analysis using Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving, and ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of facilitating workshops.
• Experience in planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment; familiar with MS Project and JIRA.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours; proactive development.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
• Develop process models and dashboards to communicate current and future states.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and are technically feasible.
• Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and project milestones.
• Facilitate regular meetings and update sessions with stakeholders.
