Job summary

DP World Jeddah is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze customer experience data, generate management reports, and identify opportunities to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will bridge data, operations, and customer experience teams, support strategic initiatives, and develop dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Experience in shipping/logistics and strong communication in English/Arabic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Shipping and Logistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, or Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer experience data and prepare management reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and maintain accuracy of reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Present findings to management and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Commercial teams to implement improvements.
