Job description

Purpose:

To support enterprise-wide digital enablement initiatives by analyzing and mapping current business processes, capturing detailed business requirements, and ensuring their effective translation into integrated ERP solutions or automated digital platforms that enhance operational efficiency and align with the Company’s digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities :
  • Maps and documents “as-is” business processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, using structured methodologies (e.g. BPMN) to visualize workflows and identify pain points or inefficiencies.
  • Analyzes and optimizes inter-relationships between business processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Defines “to-be” process models that align with business objectives and can be implemented in enterprise systems or through automation tools, ensuring improvements are feasible and add measurable value.
  • Works closely with business units and subject matter experts to elicit clear and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements via interviews, surveys, and workshops.
  • Produces high-quality documentation (business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, process diagrams) that articulate business needs and translate them into precise functional specifications for ERP implementation or workflow automation.
  • Maintains a requirements traceability matrix to ensure all business needs are addressed through the project lifecycle, and validates requirements through regular stakeholder review sessions.
  • Acts as a bridge between business users and IT teams, facilitating mutual understanding to ensure technical designs meet business requirements.
  • Collaborates with the Digital Enablement Manager, ERP specialists, and software developers to evaluate solution options and confirm alignment with enterprise architecture and data standards.
  • Supports configuration and testing of ERP modules and digital platforms (e.g. workflow systems, low-code applications) to confirm they deliver the intended process improvements and user functionality.
  • Assists in reviewing solution designs, identifying integration points with existing systems, and recommending adjustments to optimize process efficiency.
  • Develops and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, ensuring that test cases comprehensively cover business scenarios and requirements.
  • Facilitates UAT execution with end-users to validate that ERP implementations and automated workflows meet business needs, and proactively captures feedback or issues for resolution.
  • Participates in the development of training materials and user guides to support a smooth transition for stakeholders, helping drive user adoption of new systems or processes.
  • Provides post-implementation support to business teams, addressing questions or minor process refinements and ensuring minimal disruption to operations during change adoption.
  • Monitors the performance of implemented ERP modules and automated processes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes against expected benefits.
  • Identifies opportunities for further optimizations or enhancements, incorporating user feedback and new best practices to iteratively improve workflows.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of evolving digital tools and industry best practices in business process management and enterprise systems, advising on how emerging technologies (e.g. advanced analytics, RPA, AI) might be leveraged to further streamline operations.
  • Ensures proper documentation and handover of improved processes, creating a robust reference for governance and future updates.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles, preferably within digital transformation projects or enterprise system implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in mapping and improving processes in complex organizational environments, with direct experience supporting ERP deployment or business process automation initiatives.
  • Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP or PMI-PBA) or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage.
