Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join our AI Agent platform delivery team in Riyadh. You will bridge government stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into product designs and guiding the full delivery lifecycle from engagement to validation.

You will facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and produce HLSDs, data models, and API touchpoints, while coordinating with on-site and remote cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in government-sector projects.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join our AI Agent platform delivery team in Riyadh. You will serve as the bridge between government stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into product designs and working through the full delivery lifecycle — from stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis to demo creation, development coordination, and system validation.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a key liaison with government stakeholders, building trust and managing expectations. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions in both Arabic and English.

Requirements Analysis & Product Design

Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user journeys, personas and acceptance criteria. Translate requirements into functional designs, including data models, API contracts and integration touchpoints. Produce high-level solution designs (HLSD) aligned with the AI Agent platform.

Data Analysis

Analyse business data and workflows to inform solution design and decision-making.

Build and deliver compelling prototypes and demos to stakeholders for review and sign-off.

Development Coordination & Validation

Work closely with the development team throughout the build phase. Validate that delivered functionality meets business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) — mandatory.
• Proven experience in government‑sector projects.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., LLM‑based assistants, AI Agent platforms, prompt engineering).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across the full requirements-to-delivery lifecycle.

Preferred:

• Background in business analysis, product design, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and Arabic-first UI/localisation concepts.
• Experience working with cross‑functional on‑site and remote teams.
