Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join our AI Agent platform delivery team in Riyadh. You will bridge government stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into product designs and guiding the full delivery lifecycle from engagement to validation.

You will facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and produce HLSDs, data models, and API touchpoints, while coordinating with on-site and remote cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in government-sector projects.
• Proficiency with AI tools and AI agent platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across the full requirements-to-delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with government stakeholders and translate requirements into product designs.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews and requirement gathering in Arabic and English.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure delivered functionality meets business needs and acceptance criteria.
