Job summary

Pentabell is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for its client in the Saudi market to monitor business performance and analyze data to support decision making.

The role involves conducting competitive analyses, supporting digital marketing campaigns, coordinating project launches, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with cross‑functional teams. You will leverage Excel, Looker, Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, Product Marketing, Digital Services, Telecom, or FinTech.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of digital services using KPIs such as traffic, subscriptions, revenue, churn, and ROI.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark market trends to identify growth opportunities in the Saudi digital ecosystem.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels.
• Coordinate launches of new digital services and marketing initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships.

Summary

The position requires a candidate to monitor business performance conduct competitive analysis support digital marketing campaigns coordinate project launches and manage stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of Digital Virgo s digital services through key business and marketing KPIs traffic conversion subscriptions revenue churn customer acquisition retention ROI etc
• Analyze business performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve profitability
• Conduct competitive analysis benchmark market trends and identify new growth opportunities within the Saudi digital ecosystem
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels
• Coordinate the launch of new digital services and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics Engineering or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Business Analysis Product Marketing Digital Services Telecom Mobile Payments VAS FinTech or a similar digital environment
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to interpret business data and transform it into actionable recommendations
• Comfortable working with KPIs dashboards and performance reporting
• Advanced Excel skills experience with Looker Tableau Power BI or similar BI tools is an advantage
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition
• Knowledge of subscription-based digital services is a plus
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
