Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Chef in restaurants.
• Practical experience in kitchen operations and management, preferably in burger restaurants.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
• Commitment, discipline, and good interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in burger restaurants or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the kitchen team and organize daily work assignments.
• Monitor the quality and preparation of meals and products according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory and raw materials and report shortages and required supplies.
• Organize and prepare workstations before and during operations.
• Monitor order speed and quality while minimizing errors and waste.
• Train new employees and monitor the performance of the kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
