Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager - Broker Management to lead broker relations and optimize engagement strategies for residential sales. You will cultivate relationships with brokerages, align with strategic goals, and enhance market positioning in real estate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of broker management or real estate sales experience.
Proven track record in managing relationships within real estate brokerage communities.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends for decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Experience designing training programs for external partners.
Proficient in CRM systems and related tools.
Ability to lead and motivate teams and foster collaboration.
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the broker management team coordinating with brokerage firms for residential sales.
Act as primary liaison between Qiddiya and brokerage firms with clear communication.
Analyze market trends and broker performance data to inform strategy.
Monitor broker service quality and implement improvement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and marketing materials for brokers.
Provide coaching and training to brokers on projects and objectives.
Plan broker events, roadshows, and workshops across departments.
Ensure compliance across broker agreements and coordinate with legal on contracts.
