Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 7+ years in broker management, sales, or related field with real estate focus.
• Proven track record in real estate brokerage relationship management.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Experience designing training programs and workshops for partners.
• Proficient with CRM systems and broker engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker management team to coordinate with brokerage firms for residential sales objectives.
• Act as liaison between Qiddiya and brokerage firms to align activities and messaging.
• Analyze market trends and broker data to inform strategic engagement approaches.
• Monitor broker service quality and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing materials for brokers.
• Provide coaching and training to enhance brokers' knowledge of projects and objectives.
• Plan and manage broker events, roadshows, and workshops across departments.
• Ensure compliance across broker agreements and coordinate with legal teams.
