Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Head of Leasing - Commercial Office to lead leasing strategies for our office spaces in Riyadh. You will manage a high-performing team, cultivate strong tenant relationships, and align leasing activities with corporate objectives.

You will oversee market analyses, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing to attract tenants while ensuring regulatory compliance and high occupancy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in leasing software and MS Office applications.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies for commercial office spaces.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team, driving performance.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies on trends.
• Establish and maintain tenant, broker, and partner relationships.
• Negotiate lease terms favorable to Qiddiya and tenants.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote leasing opportunities.
• Monitor leasing metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and leasing practices.
