You will deliver market intelligence, build quantitative models, and translate data into actionable product strategy and timing recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics or finance; MBA/MA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in management consulting or real estate advisory; 6+ years preferred.
• Strong experience with supply/demand modeling, market sizing, and scenario analysis.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assess and segment Riyadh residential market to inform product rollout.
• Monitor and report shifts in market dynamics including regulation and financing.
• Identify high-value products to increase marketability and yield.
• Create and maintain residential supply-demand models.
• Develop best-use analyses for masterplans and plots.
• Prepare presentations for executive panels and BoD inputs.
