Job summary

Reef Group is seeking a PR Specialist to join our Marketing team in Riyadh. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility through media relations, PR campaigns, product launches, and brand events.

You will write and coordinate press materials in Arabic and English, build relationships with media, and coordinate coverage for launches and events. A strong background in PR for beauty/fashion/lifestyle retail and fluency in Arabic and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail or PR agency.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience coordinating PR campaigns, media events and product launches.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR activities aligned with brand marketing objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets, and industry contacts.
• Write and coordinate press releases, media pitches, and PR materials in Arabic and English.
• Coordinate media coverage for product launches, store openings, and brand events.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media and influencer teams for consistent messaging.
• Manage PR agencies and external partners when required.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance and campaign results.
