Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand growth, or commercial development.
• Experience in F&B, cafés, hospitality, or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and local consumer behavior.
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker who can execute quickly and own growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

LOM is seeking a highly driven, creative, and commercially minded Brand Growth Manager to lead the brand's marketing initiatives, accelerate sales growth, and strengthen its position in Riyadh's competitive café market.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands‑on individual with exceptional common sense, strong problem‑solving skills, and a genuine passion for building brands.

This is not a traditional social media management role. We need someone who takes ownership, thinks independently, executes quickly, and delivers measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and commercial growth strategies to increase revenue, footfall, and customer retention.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns, local marketing initiatives, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
• Identify creative opportunities to attract new customers and increase repeat visits.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with café operations to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
• Develop and execute product launches, promotions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure return on investment.
• Take full ownership of growth initiatives, from idea generation to execution and performance evaluation.
• Report directly to management with clear KPIs, insights, and action plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand growth, or commercial development, preferably within F&B, cafés, hospitality, or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales, customer acquisition, or brand performance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and local consumer behavior.
• Excellent commercial awareness, practical judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
• Creative thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to spend time on‑site, understand customers, and actively implement improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
