BLACK SIP COFFEE ROASTERS in Riyadh seeks a Brand Growth Manager to lead marketing initiatives, accelerate sales growth, and strengthen the brand in a competitive café market. This entrepreneurial, hands-on role requires strong problem-solving, independent execution, and a track record of delivering measurable business results through campaigns, partnerships, and local activations.

The position is on-site in Riyadh with a salary range of SAR 7,000–10,000 per month plus performance incentives,

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand growth, or commercial development.
• Experience in F&B, cafés, hospitality, or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and local consumer behavior.
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker who can execute quickly and own growth initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to increase revenue and footfall.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns, local marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and boost repeat visits.
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI.
• Report KPIs and insights to management.
