Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with substantial credit and customer service experience in the branch network.
• Understanding of Financial / Banking products and services.
• Experience at managing cross border and dealing with other cultures.
• Understanding of KSA Banking System.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch runs smoothly and delivers high level customer service.
• Monitor KPI targets per customer segment and ensure branch performance.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff.
• Identify staff training needs and address them.
• Lead daily retail sales meetings and weekly service team meetings.
• Ensure staff punctuality and attendance; allocate tasks fairly.
