Job summary

moomoo is seeking an IT Leader for its overseas branch to own the local IT function end-to-end, including infrastructure, operations, security and compliance, asset management, and team leadership. You will serve as the primary IT liaison between China HQ and the subsidiary and drive global standards locally.

You will build a small IT team, ensure regulatory compliance, and execute IT strategy in alignment with HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• At least 3 years leading an IT team in SME settings.
• Proven IT compliance and security program ownership.
• Experience with audits, regulator liaison, and ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / PCI DSS alignment.
• Strong stakeholder communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate IT standards, security, and policy implementation.
• Deliver full-cycle IT site rollout for offices and retail stores.
• Maintain endpoint security and standardised PC framework.
• Administer core enterprise systems (AD, PBX, email, Citrix, NAS).
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and vendors; manage service delivery.
• Provide regular HQ updates and incident/resolution reporting.
• Develop technical SOPs and build the IT team.
