Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking an experienced operator for blown film extrusion at our client site in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with PE films (LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE) and is skilled at operating and setting up extrusion lines.

You will monitor quality, document daily production, handle materials, and adhere to HSE procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years hands-on blown film extrusion experience.
Experience with mono/multi-layer extrusion machines such as Kiefel, W&H, Alpine, Bandera, or similar.
Knowledge of machine setup, size changes, process parameters, troubleshooting, and film defects.
Basic knowledge of PE resins, masterbatch, additives, and material handling.
Technical diploma or industrial experience with safety, quality, SOPs and production documentation.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up blown film extrusion machines, including size changes.
Monitor product quality and coordinate with Quality Inspectors and production teams.
Maintain proper machine cleaning and workplace organization.
Complete daily production reports and maintain basic documentation.
Handle raw materials and ensure proper storage of finished goods and waste.
Report machine issues to the Lead Operator/Line Setter.
Follow all HSE, environmental, and company safety procedures.
Participate in toolbox talks and continuous improvement activities.
