Job summary

IHCC is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Fit-Out to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will develop and maintain architectural fit-out BIM models, coordinate with BIM Coordinator and Design Manager, and deliver accurate construction documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field, 3 years of fit-out BIM experience, and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler – Fit-Out on interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in architectural detailing, BIM coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing production.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and FF&E coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural fit-out BIM models, including partitions, ceilings, finishes, joinery/millwork, and FF&E layouts, in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate model updates with the BIM Coordinator and Design Manager to reflect design revisions, detailing, and fit-out sequencing.
• Perform clash detection with MEP and structural models, monitor coordination issues, and support timely resolution.
• Produce quantity take-offs, finish schedules, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for procurement and site execution.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and company BIM protocols.
• Support construction and design teams by providing coordinated and accurate BIM deliverables.
• Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
