Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced BIM/GIS Manager to lead the implementation, management, and integration of BIM and GIS across the construction supervision phase of major buildings and hospitality developments.

You will oversee BEP development, model coordination, CDE management, and data quality control, ensuring compliant deliverables and effective digital project delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, geomatics, GIS, surveying or related.
• Master's degree in BIM management, digital engineering, GIS or related field preferred.
• Professional certification in BIM, GIS or information management highly desirable.
• Experience with GCC region and Saudi Arabia is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) per client requirements.
• Monitor contractor/comanagement compliance with BIM standards and data delivery.
• Lead model reviews and multidisciplinary coordination for architectural, structural, MEP, and infra models.
• Establish model quality control to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee model updates and design changes incorporation.
• Develop and maintain GIS databases supporting project monitoring and asset information.
• Integrate geospatial data from surveys, utilities, and stakeholders into GIS platforms.
• Ensure GIS data accuracy and compliance with information management requirements.
• Coordinate CDE platforms, document and model control, and information exchange workflows.
• Conduct regular audits of BIM/GIS deliverables and workflows.
• Provide guidance to BIM coordinators and GIS specialists; mentor project personnel.
