Job summary

Parsons is seeking a BIM / GIS Specialist to join our team and lead integration across BIM and GIS for major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate models, manage data environments, validate information, and support CDE implementation.

You will collaborate with BIM Managers, GIS teams, design consultants, and survey crews to ensure accurate, geo-referenced datasets and seamless data exchanges throughout design, construction, and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a geomatics, GIS, civil engineering, architecture, IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, GIS data management, and data standards.
• Experience integrating BIM and GIS across complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and GIS coordination activities across projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated BIM and GIS data environments.
• Coordinate BIM models and GIS datasets across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure spatial and engineering information is accurately integrated and geo-referenced.
• Support development and maintenance of CDE for BIM and GIS information.
