Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, or Information Management on major infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or building projects.
• Proven experience leading BIM implementation on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, information management, and digital delivery processes.
• Experience managing consultant and contractor BIM deliverables and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley applications, and related BIM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across project lifecycle stages.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee multidisciplinary model coordination and integration across engineering disciplines.
• Manage BIM execution plans, information management processes, and Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Review and approve BIM deliverables from consultants and contractors.
• Support design reviews, constructability assessments, clash detection, and project coordination.
• Drive integration between BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, and asset information management systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on BIM best practices and digital engineering initiatives.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful digital project delivery.
• Support innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives through the effective use of BIM technologies.

The role provides strategic oversight of BIM implementation, model coordination, information management, and digital engineering processes to ensure efficient project delivery and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, or Information Management on major

infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or building projects.

• Proven experience leading BIM implementation on multidisciplinary projects
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, information management, and digital delivery processes
• Experience managing consultant and contractor BIM deliverables and coordinating multiple

stakeholders.

• Familiarity with industry platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction

Cloud, Bentley applications, and related BIM technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• BIM Professional Certification
• Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent certification
• Experience on giga-projects, or large-scale infrastructure programs
• Experience with BIM-GIS integration, Digital Twins, and asset management systems
• Knowledge of Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint
