Job summary

Sohoby is seeking a confident, bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our Jeddah office. You will identify potential customers, conduct outbound outreach, and qualify leads for our cloud-based software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in technology-driven solutions. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with experience in SaaS or IT sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, cold-calling, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand software or digital solutions; technical background is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and prospect outreach to generate business opportunities.
• Identify potential customers, assess needs, and qualify leads.
• Present software solutions and communicate their value to prospects.
• Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and schedule qualified opportunities for the sales team.
