Gen Plus Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The role focuses on managing multi-disciplinary projects across production, creative, digital and social media content, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of creative development, video production and social media content.
• Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with outstanding project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client liaison across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Manage multiple projects spanning creative development, video production and social content.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers and social strategists to deliver content.
• Oversee timelines and allocate resources to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, translating needs into actionable plans.
• Work with clients to understand business goals and drive innovative creative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and support new business pitches.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging platforms to offer innovative solutions.
