Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of creative development, video production and social media content.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with outstanding project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client liaison, understanding objectives and ensuring execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Manage multiple projects spanning creative development, video production and social content, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers and social strategists to deliver compelling content.
• Oversee timelines and resources to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, translating needs into actionable plans.
• Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and contribute to new pitches.
