Job summary

We are seeking a capable planner to collaborate with the planning function, lead planning for medium-complexity projects, and support teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and stakeholder management, with opportunities to work in a hybrid setup and engage with clients and consultants across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or NVQ Level 3 and pursuing MCIOB/APM/PMI.
• Built environment experience with strong scheduling capability.
• Strong understanding of contracts and procurement routes.
• Effective communicator with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing and inclusive behaviours across project delivery.
• Manage quality, programme and deliverables from brief through construction.
• Oversee budgets, risks, governance and sustainable business outcomes.
• Lead teams, stakeholders and consultants to drive performance and collaboration.
• Develop robust plans reflecting logistics, site and project constraints.
• Monitor progress, productivity, deadlines and contractual obligations, with reporting.
• Coordinate teams and engage with clients, project teams and stakeholders.
• Incorporate safety, sustainable procurement and carbon reduction for net zero delivery.
