Job summary

Flyper in Riyadh is seeking an energetic Barista to craft specialty coffee drinks and deliver high-quality customer service at our Riyadh location. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting speciality coffee drinks and providing a high quality of customer service.

The role offers a competitive salary of 900 per month and requires a friendly, efficient team player who can work in a fast-paced setting, with flexible hours and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience as a Barista or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends, if necessary.
• Foreigners welcome.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner, take their orders, and make sure they receive their orders promptly
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customers’ specifications
• Ensure that the coffee bar is stocked with all the necessary ingredients (coffee beans, syrups, etc.)
• Check for quality of ingredients used before serving customers
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, coffee grinders, utensils and other equipment related to the coffee bar
• Ensure all safety measures are followed while preparing beverages
