Job summary

Flyper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate will craft espresso-based drinks, prepare beverages to order, and deliver friendly service in a busy setting.

Must have at least 1 year of barista experience, knowledge of coffee blends and brewing methods, and the ability to work under pressure. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. This role offers monthly salary of 1,700 SAR and opportunities to grow with our quick-service cafe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in foodservice.
• Knowledge of coffee blends and brewing methods.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency preferred; immigrant status welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty coffee drinks including espresso-based drinks and other beverages as ordered.
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and café areas at all times.
• Educate customers about products available in the shop.
• Provide friendly customer service at all times.
• Ensure accuracy when handling cash transactions.
