CodeNinja is seeking a Delivery Manager in Riyadh to own technical change delivery for a leading Saudi banking client, covering emergency fixes, production fixes, patches, upgrades, and infrastructure/network/security changes.

This role demands tight change governance and SLA discipline in a live banking environment and requires coordinating with Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical change/release delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong operational delivery and production environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern end-to-end delivery of technical changes
• Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents
• Manage change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls
• Ensure SLA adherence and production stability
