Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Lead to shape and drive the architecture strategy for large banking transformation programs. You will define and own the target enterprise architecture (business, data, application, and technology), build roadmaps for digital transformation and core banking modernization, set standards and governance, and mentor architects.

Candidates should have 6+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with banking experience, TOGAF, ArchiMate

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with banking sector experience.
• Strong knowledge of core banking, payments, digital channels, and APIs/messaging integration.
• Experience with TOGAF and modeling tools such as ArchiMate or Sparx EA.
• Understanding of cloud, security, and SAMA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.

We are hiring an Enterprise Architecture Lead on behalf of a leading organization in the banking sector in Riyadh. You will shape and lead the architecture strategy for large banking transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target enterprise architecture (business, application, data, and technology) for banking environments
• Build architecture roadmaps that support digital transformation, core banking modernization, and integration initiatives
• Set architecture standards, principles, and governance, and lead Architecture Review Boards
• Assess solutions and vendors, and make sure designs are secure, scalable, and compliant with SAMA regulations
• Work with business, IT, and delivery teams to turn strategy into workable solution designs
• Lead and mentor solution and technical architects

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with proven banking sector experience
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, digital channels, and integration (APIs, ESB, microservices)
• Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and modeling tools such as ArchiMate or Sparx EA
• Good understanding of cloud, security, and SAMA regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• TOGAF certification is a plus
