Job summary

Maveric Systems Limited is seeking an AVP – Technology Sales (Banking) to lead technology services sales across the GCC, with a focus on Banking & Financial Services. The role covers selling Data Services, Digital Transformation, AMS, Legacy modernization, and AI solutions while developing CXO-level relationships.

The position requires strong GCC banking networks and willingness to travel across the region; located in Riyadh, KSA, with leadership accountability for pipeline and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Services/Technology Sales
• Mandatory experience selling into Banking & Financial Services
• Strong network within banks across GCC markets with CXO relationships
• Proven track record in technology services, consulting, or managed services sales
• Experience with staffing sales is highly preferred
• Arabic speaker with willingness to travel across the region

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth within banks and financial institutions
• Sell Maveric's services across Data Services, Digital Transformation, AMS, Legacy/Platform Modernization, AI & GenAI Services
• Build and manage CXO-level relationships
• Develop and close large technology services opportunities
• Drive staffing sales engagements alongside technology sales
• Own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets for the assigned territory
