Job summary

Maveric Systems Limited is seeking an AVP – Technology Sales (Banking) to lead technology services sales across the GCC, with a focus on Banking & Financial Services. The role covers selling Data Services, Digital Transformation, AMS, Legacy modernization, and AI solutions while developing CXO-level relationships.

The position requires strong GCC banking networks and willingness to travel across the region; located in Riyadh, KSA, with leadership accountability for pipeline and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Services/Technology Sales
• Mandatory experience selling into Banking & Financial Services
• Strong network within banks across GCC markets with CXO relationships
• Proven track record in technology services, consulting, or managed services sales
• Experience with staffing sales is highly preferred
• Arabic speaker with willingness to travel across the region

About the Role

Maveric Services is looking for an AVP - Technology Sales to drive business growth across the GCC region within the Banking & Financial Services sector. The role will be responsible for selling technology services as well as, where necessary, staffing solutions to banking clients.

Market Coverage

• Across Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, with the final market allocation determined by Executive Leadership.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business and revenue growth within banks and financial institutions.
• Sell Maveric's services across:
• Data Services
• Digital Transformation
• Application Management Services (AMS)
• Legacy/Platform Modernization
• AI & GenAI Services (Enterprise AI, Intelligent Automation & GenAI Solutions)
• Build and manage CXO-level relationships.
• Develop and close large technology services opportunities.
• Drive staffing sales engagements alongside technology sales.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets for the assigned territory.

What We're Looking For
