Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Commercial Management.
• Proven experience in the aviation, airport, catering, or hospitality industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within aviation, airport, catering, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, airport operators, government entities, and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Manage tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive business solutions.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
