Ceer is looking for a parts counter associate to greet walk-in customers, identify correct parts, and process orders in SAP with accurate pricing and invoicing. You will promote accessories and collaborate with service teams to fulfill parts for scheduled and walk-in jobs.

The role requires precise handling of stock, returns, and daily sales reconciliation. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a related field, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills within a retail parts

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: at least 2 years in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of parts retail processes and customer service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist walk-in parts retail customers at the counter.
• Process parts retail and service sales orders in SAP with correct pricing and invoicing.
• Promote accessories and value-added parts/services to boost basket size and hits targets.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors/Technicians to fulfill parts needs for service jobs.
• Pick, verify, and issue parts against repair/work orders promptly.
