Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of integrated campaigns and leadership of creative teams.
• Fluent Arabic and English; deep understanding of Saudi culture and audiences.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts and campaigns across key KSA accounts.
• Translate client briefs into compelling creative ideas and sell them to senior clients.
• Provide creative direction across copy, art, content, film and social channels.
• Mentor and inspire creative teams and freelance talent.
• Maintain high creative standards while staying culturally relevant to Saudi audiences.
