Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team during the assigned shift, ensuring staff perform duties effectively and adhere to SEVEN’s standards.
• Monitor and oversee all operational activities on the floor, including guest services, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality service and a memorable experience; handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure staff and guests comply with SEVEN’s safety standards.
• Maintain shift records, attendance, guest interactions, incidents, and prepare shift reports for the Attractions Manager.
• Lead by example to promote guest service excellence and motivate staff to exceed expectations.
