Job summary

SEVEN is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the guest-facing team on the floor during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth operations and the highest standards of service. You will train staff, guide day-to-day activities, and uphold SEVEN’s guest experience commitments.

You will monitor safety, manage guest interactions, and prepare shift reports for the Attractions Manager to drive improvements and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a guest-facing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service and manage guest interactions.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team during the assigned shift, ensuring staff perform their duties and adhere to SEVEN’s standards.
• Monitor and oversee all on-floor operations, guest services, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with SEVEN’s policies.
• Prepare shift reports for the Attractions Manager highlighting outcomes and recommendations.
