The Logistics Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that all logistics operations at Six Flags Qiddiya City run smoothly. This position involves coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods and materials throughout the park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping goods and materials.
  • Support inventory tracking and documentation across warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with procurement and usage records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor vendor delivery performance and raise delays or discrepancies to the Logistics Manager or Procurement team.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing logistics-related reports such as stock levels, delivery schedules, and consumption trends.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and relevant logistics standards.
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely processing of logistics-related invoices and payment documentation.
  • Support the management of relationships with third-party logistics providers, including courier services and transport companies.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and logistics records.
  • Assist in planning logistics operations for events, seasonal openings, and project-based activities in coordination with other departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role.
  • Understanding of logistics processes, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (inventory tracking, reporting, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
