Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Associate Expert Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across software projects. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and collaborate with product owners to manage the backlog and deliver high-quality software for clients.

The role requires a strong understanding of Scrum, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• CSM or PSM certification.
• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong Scrum knowledge and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach development teams on Scrum values and practices to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering progress.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum processes and continuous improvement.
