Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking an Agile Coach to drive adoption of Agile and Scrum across IT and digital transformation initiatives in Riyadh. You will enable high‑performing teams, coach stakeholders, and establish sustainable processes and metrics to improve delivery.

The role focuses on Agile delivery management, team development, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on governance, reporting, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading Agile adoption across multiple projects and transformation initiatives.
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
Proven track record of implementing Scrum processes, rituals, and tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile adoption and Scrum implementation across projects and transformations.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective Sprint execution.
Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values and practices.
Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, backlog health) and report to leadership.
Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog management and refinement.
Contribute to enterprise Agile transformation and governance improvements.
