Job summary

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Electrical Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support engineering and design activities while developing your technical skills through hands-on project experience and guidance from senior engineers.

As a fresh graduate, you will perform basic electrical engineering calculations, assist in preparing documents, and coordinate with CAD designers within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, methods, and practices.
• Familiarity with CAD and standard engineering software.
• Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and prepare technical documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exposure to electrical engineering design and construction projects.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and quantity takeoffs
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Ability to work effectively in a project-based, multidisciplinary environment.

• Support project activities related to design, procurement, project controls, and construction.
• Perform other engineering duties as required by the project.
