Job summary

You will assist the Park Manager, supervise shifts, train staff, handle guest inquiries and incident reports, and ensure cleanliness and high park standards during peak times.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Park Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff during shifts and provide on-the-floor leadership.
• Ensure all safety rules, procedures, and guest guidelines are followed.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support.
• Help manage customer inquiries, feedback, and incident reports.
• Oversee parties, events, and peak-time floor operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment checks, and overall park standards.
